i have girlfriend at Japan and she is pregnant.

i love her, i want to marry her and take her with me to live with me at America.
but, i cant cos i am not U.S. citizen.
so if I marry her, she still cant stay with me at America.
and she is pregnant now.
i dont want her to be alone at Japan on her pregnancy day.
i really confused, how can i be with her on her pregnancy day.
i need help.

Japan will most likely grant you residency if you get married with your girlfriend. I’m not certain as to whether or not it is a citizenship, but I suspect it is so.

I’m not sure if they will allow it if you’re an illegal alien where you are currently situated, though, because they probably communicate with whatever nation you’re a citizen of at the time.
