Hi

I came first in cross country at school.

This happened like so.

I was last, the teacher was behind me, there was a fork in the route everyone took the wrong fork, the teacher shout to them but this put me a the front, so I made sure I stayed at the front.

The motivation was that I knew I could win.

At my next school the method was somewhat different, at the start of the race the track crossed the road, a simple call to the local carriage company resulted in a taxi which whisked us to the end in now time.
