life can’t be stopped…you can change it,this is the only action you can do around your life(if everybody tries to have a good life,he/she never think about life rapid)

Time is slower for those who are more rested, so make sure you sleep well.

This is because your reality sampling rate slows down, if you are tired, hence their is less to remember so it seems to go quicker.

That is also why if you are really busy time goes quick as you get tired.

Me theory, but I have the evidence to back it up.
