Family help: How can I move from the US to the UK? - Help.com

How can I move from the US to the UK?

I dont have any degrees, I dont have much money, I dont have family there, I cant get married instantly even though ideally id like to. I dont know how to get a visa and if i cant i dont know how to get in the country and stay by other means. I wont take no for an answer.

no sure, but what if you went there as a vacationer
sight seeing would be why you’re there
once you’re there figure out the rest??

You might be able to get an EU passport if one or both of your parents were born in Europe.. maybe even grandparents.

In a short:
As U.S. citizen you need a visa to immigrate to the U.K.; and it’s not easy to get it.
For a short time, as tourist, you don’t need a visa.

but thing is ive heard completely mixed things from people. Some told me its really easy to get citizenship and others say its next to impossible =(

How much often do they deport people? It couldnt possibly be as much as the US does. I think maybe they dont care as long as you dont break a law?

But for what reason do you want to emigrate to the U.S.?
The economy there will come a good deal worse than in the U.K.

Wait im confused… what? Im from the US and want to go to the UK.. i just keep getting told that the economy in the UK is worse and that no one would ever want to hire me because im not some special skilled person

.. a lot of users here are from the uk. Doesnt seem like as much users in general come on as a year or two ago.
