they hurt as bad right now as the day I got them why are they sore

That’s completely normal. Mine always took up to a week before they stopped hurting. Then you’re ok for a few months until they adjust them further and the whole thing starts again.
Don’t worry too much, it’s not dangerous or anything. Just avoid eating anything that you have to really chew.

don’t worry its normal! i know its painful! but just think of the end result :) u will have a beautiful smile!
