Landlord question can u help?

Can a government based landlord look
Up to see if your working or not cause she always drops these little hints saying I can see if your working or not I mean yes its the government but how far is to much?

Ot just living in an apartment which is owned only by the government?

Can a landlord go into your social security to find out if you have a jobif you live in a government based apartments do you know what type of apartment complex im talking about

No, is your rent subsidized in any way by the government?
Or is there anything, which would not give you the right to live there?
