I downloaded Chrome, but I could not RUN it despite my various atempts by so many ways.

Now how can I get it installed ? For your information, I was using Chrome since a long time, but I had to suddenly face problems with Real Player downloads. Downloading clips using Chrome became impossible, while I cud download using Internet Explorer. so I was just trying to reinstall Chrome. How can I solve these two problems ?? Thank you in advance for your immediate attention.
