my name is julia.i was recently diagnosed c.o.p.d.i smoke a pk.of cigs.

a day.i know this will make my condidtion worse.i live alone, i don’t have many frie nds.i have a hard time trying to quit.i’m looking for a support group or in house treatment center. i also tarted taking methadone yrs.,and i’m on dia.,zapam. i take 3 of ea. a da i feel really bad,and don’t enjoy life.i need help.can you help me? please respond! julia

every time you get an urge to light up chew gum.
Worked for my dad.
