Eat.
Eat at the right times so you don’t go a while without eating. Are you getting proteins and iron in your diet? Carbs? These things make a huge difference in how you function daily and how strong you feel. Maybe you should take a multivitamin and drink some more water.

dizzy spell.
ok so im aware thi is completely in my head. last week i had a random dizzy spell and now it seems everytime i get slightly light headed i get a full on dizzy spell because im so nervous about getting one again. thats happening right now im pretty sure. i got light headed because i forgot to eat this morning, and all the sudden i could feel myself getting antsy and nervous and i worked myself into another dizzy spell. i ate, i drank some water and im laying down with an ice pack on my head but my mind keep getting worked up. how do i relax nd make it go away
