had to cancel my mental health appt tomm
no way to get there
i CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE !!!

I’m so sorry everything’s wrong, but you have to stay strong you wonderful 195 year old woman :) You’ve done so great surviving so far! You can do it. You will get through this. Try to stay positive.

Cancel or postpone…? 195 just means you still don’t look good in a Speedo but could really care a less what others think.

no menopause, the tamoxafin drugs i’m on stopped that from happening
Med for depression yes, but they keep me sane

Your depression is piling anxious negative thoughts on top of more anxious negative thoughts until everything looks bleak. You know this and you need to not let it happen. Don’t sit there and let these thoughts overwhelm you. Fight back with looking for the good in everything. It is there.

Remember there is you and there is the depression. Don’t let the depression be in control, You be in control!

Added to what i already take. the max on Pristiq,
my doc says he’s had good luck with other patients
