Okay so I have a bit of an ordeal here…

Umm, to put it in more simple words I masturbated like an hour ago..and it was harder than usual and it’s kind of embarrassing but I just went to use the restroom and the skin below the head of my penis is like, swollen or something. It doesn’t hurt, I don’t feel any pain and it isn’t red it’s just…really really thick…It’s thicker now than it is when it’s erect, should I see a doctor or something!?
