So I’ve gotten myself an interview…
…but I have no idea what to wear!
I’m 21, female and living in England.
I recently received an email asking me to come along for an interview at a Graphic Design company to be a Junior Designer.
It’s well known that arty careers are much more lax about clothing during working hours and that being overdressed can sometimes be a little detrimental.
My question is, what on earth should I wear?!
My initial idea was a slim fitting pair of fresh black jeans with a nice neutral pair of heels, fitted shirt (either tucked into or left out) minimal accessories and a presentable face with nice hair.
I want to be smart but I’ve read that it is important that you show a little of your personality through a casual aspect of your interview outfit.
Help!
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Beth.
