Nights are the worst.
I don’t know what it is, but… I can keep myself occupied through the day, but (it seems that) once the sun goes down, my mind wanders, and my depression worsens.
Although it would be simpler to just go to bed, I can’t stay in bed for like 12+ (closer to the +) hours a day.
It’s a little worse right now because I’m home alone for the week.
Since writing this post Anonymous has helped in 11 other users' posts within the last 4 days.
