Child help: I don’t understand why two human beings would give birth to something they don’t like or even want? - Help.com

I don’t understand why two human beings would give birth to something they don’t like or even want?

Why would someone have a child when they can’t even accept it as it is or afford to pay for it’s existence?
Who would miss something so disgusting and deformed? I don’t want this

I’m confused. Are you not wanting your baby, or are you complaining about people who don’t want their babies?

People who have babies and don’t really want them have them because they think it’s the thing to do in life, because all their other friends have had them and they feel like they’re missing out LOL but you do get the people who do want children and who know in their heart of hearts they’d do everything to protect and care for them. I’m 21 and most girls my age especially where I live have or have had babies, my mum was the same age as me when she had my older sister if you’re mature enough and stable enough financially then go for it otherwise it’s the stupidest thing to do.

1-they don’t beleive in killing it(aka abortion)
2-they don’t care to give it up so it could possible have a better life with someone else
3-they feel it ‘belongs’ to them regardless of the quality of life of life(or lack thereof)
4-they can’t afford any other option(sounds crazy, and i’m sure there’s free programs and whatnot)
5-they want someone to boss around for their own purposes
6-they hope someday it will take care of them
idk, so many reasons one may do this…

because people are irresponsible and don’t think about things before they do it.
then when when they get knocked up they’re forcd to live with the repricussions.

If you don’t completely melt emotionally when you first hold your child (or when he/she first smiles at you) you should consider finding different parents for him/her. There is no experience in a the life of a “single person” that compares to this. There is no good way to prepare for it either. There is never a “perfect” time to have children… they always change who you would have been.

Oh and cone-head babies are no more disgusting and deformed than Barbies are : ).

If people had children only when they could provide perfect homes for them, there would be no children . . . and no people today!
