I am so screwed.

I entirely forgot information to log into my AOL account, but I need to. Is there no way to recover a username and password?

Go to the website, if it’s anything like yahoo it will put you through this information recovery program where it uses alternate emails, security questions, a phone number if you submitted one, etc to help you get your info back.
