First call 911, and do what griffin95 said by wrapping her wrists with towels, everything is going to be ok, she will be ok, call 911.

She’ll be alright, they can pump the pills from her stomach, there’s going to be some damage, but she should be alright thanks to your quick response. My condolences that you’re going through this. Afterwards, talk to her about what caused her to do this, and be a sister to her just as she has been one to you.

What kid of pills? If they are over the counter ones she will probably be all right. Its not so easy to overdose on those you have to take a lot.. and since she is at the hospital they can just pump her stomech. Its not a very effective way to kill yourself.
