When did you get the DUI? Was it alcohol or something else that impaired your driving ability. Did you go to court? In some states fines if left unpaid can go up. You don’t want that. Raise the money to pay them off ASAP. Have a garage sale. Ask your church for some immediate relief. Were you working before the DUI? Are you able to work now?

I never said you were asking for money. Just wanted to point out that is not our purpose here at Help.com. We get tons of requests for financial assistance, most of the fanatical stories are made up.
Many of us are strapped for money believe it or not. I’m not working myself right now. But I’m still looking. I’m doing everything I can to get one. What i am not doing is sitting on the couch feeling sorry for myself.

I hear you about it feeling like yesterday. Been 6 years for me and now feels like last week.
About the money, she wasn’t saying you asked, just being honest about the help we can give. The people on this site usually have money troubles themselves.

He was never credited. He played keyboard and they kept his contribution in the recording. By the time the album came out they had replaced him with someone else. In addition he died (natural causes) 11 years ago.

I got into a massive row the other day with the moderator of a Channel 5 (UK) website who really stuck to his guns that using “…should of…” instead of “…should have or even …should’ve…” was correct. Nooo! It was a lengthy battle.
