is this a problem?

i don’t have a good memory with or without the use of drugs. when i lived with my ex before we broke up i got more depressed than usual, smoked a lot of pot and lived and slept in an office chair for a while(i basically didn’t move from it). i thought it was 8 weeks. he said it was more like 8 months. is forgetting months of my life something that should really be concerning?

i quit for two most recently. i quit smoking cigarettes in less time than that! i smoke because it’s the only time i can set down my real feelings for a while. i don’t like not being high lol. i know being sober has its benefits but they just don’t seem to be enough to motivate me to put it down. besides, if it’s not pot, it’s some antipsychotic or some other ******** sedative that’s ‘going to help me’ and never does. lol which drug is worse? i had a bad memory before i tried drugs. it’s a little worse now but it’s always been basically worthless.
