I think this could be helpful for everyone here. It takes a lot of study just to help with half the posts here.

I heard them talking about “mindfulness” on the radio today. It is a form of meditation that helps you concentrate and increases your ability to study more effectively and efficiently. They are thinking about teaching it in public schools in the near future. It might be worth looking into.

Indeed, I think there should be a class set up for specifically teaching students better study/learning habits and techniques.
