OK I’m starting to get annoyed now.

I use ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on my Notebook to get my XBox 360 online. I connect via UTP cable to the XBox and then wireless to my Wireless ADSL-Router. Problem is that it has suddenly stopped working. It will not assign an IP address to the Xbox and reports that there is a DHCP error. When I do a manual config of both it still fails with an invalid Gateway error. It works fine on my desktop pc but I need it to work on my notebook cuz my pc is far away. The network setup is similar on both notebook and pc. ICMP options are all ticked and firewall is disabled between XB and pc. I dont know what else to try. Any ideas are welcome.

But I got it sorted FINALLY….. Connection priorities changed when I logged on to a VPN. Thus moving my local connection down the list as the one that is allowed to use the ICS. Stupid networking profiles!!!! SUCK

Thanks though.
