right now but working with other pages like google or something then does it show me online here on help.com? I never log out. Thnx in advance

when you open help.com, you’re online. otherwise(when help.com page is closed) you’re not online.

This is generally true, but the system is not accurate. Someone can look offline while they are online and vice versa. Especially with the dots — there is supposed to be a green dot when a person is online, but it can often be red. Maybe it times out after a couple minutes of inactivity.

that’s true…when you leave help.com you are still online about 15 minutes.
