I’m scared I’m losing my hair, or do I just have a weird hairline?

I’m a 15 y/o girl and my hairline goes back a bit just above my temples. I’ve not noticed it going back any further, but it looks like I have a receding hairline. I’ve seen many boys with this sort of hairline before, but only a few girls :-( If I’ve not noticed any change, and have had this for as long as I can remember, does this mean I just have a weird hairline? Or could I be oblivious to the changes?

Do you pull your hair back?
Noticing changes about yourself isn’t easy when you’ve got a constantly changing reference point; how about saving a picture of that hairline and using it for comparison every few weeks / months?

I’ve seen both males and females with slightly pushed-back hairlines, moreso than I might expect, and it seems like they have bigger foreheads. That’s natural, but I couldn’t say what your specific situation is.

I’ve had it that way since I was a child. Very fine hair and with a weird hairline. Now I’m nearly 15, im a girl- and I’m pretty aware of how it looks. I just HATE it!! I’ve always wanted to rock a ponytail but I look so flippin bad with it…it’s depressing, really
