im planning to get credit to buy a house then i find out that house still need lot of fixing that could be usable and im new in this country so i need help from some one to show me how to build with a low cost

i tried google youtube and all magazines of fixing but did not help btw there is only one god :)

The internet is full of instructions for how to do repairs on your own. Start by fixing anything that leaks water, because the water will do further damage. Next fix electrical issues because they can cause fires. Third, fix anything that lets cold air into the house in winter. Finally, one job at a time, fix everything else.

Just take the repairs one by one, use Google to find instructions. Include the letters “DIY”. (Do It Yourself.)

If you haven’t bought the house yet, before buying be sure you really can do all the work. It may be better to look for another house that needs less work.

maybe you can ask a Architect or a trusted structure to count costs and help you to repair your house
btw, i accept one god and Google is similar gosh!

You aren’t going to hire anyone to fix things cheaply. Either you will pay a lot, or maybe they can give you a discount if you can provide a service for them in exchange. One thing that will help is to find a home inspector to look over the place and give you a list of all that needs to be done. A home inspector’s services will run you about $200-300 in my area, but they can quote you a cost before you hire them.
