LOL I’m already on a strict calorie controlled diet as it is it’s just because when I started out dieting I was humungous and obv I’m still big but not as big thank God I do feel a bit more confident but where I live most girls are like size 8s and stuff I just have trouble sticking to it because I love food and because I live near kebab shops and takeaways they’re even building a Nandos and Burger King near my flat God help me haha.

Well, my particular claim to fame is my causing somebody to throw up (my buddy Nick) upon just SMELLING my cooking. Baically, you could pound in the calories, using BigWilly!’s Negative Calory Meal Replacement Program.. but they ain’t stayin’ in you for long! Nomnomnom.. HwAAAlp.

Before and after pictures do that.

I think its just a better marketing technique to show people what they WANT to be.

I mean marketing is just a reflection of human desire. I think its a little silly to be upset about it. We created it Its not a group of cackling businessman sitting around a table thinking about how to create aneroxia and bullimia. Its researchers who figured out this is what people want to see and aspire to be.

Yea that’s true so I think the commercials with before and after pictures are properly advertised (assuming the before pic is actually of an overweight person) but the commercials where it’s just a skinny person talking about how they used to be fat don’t do as well of a job.

I’m guessing that the stats would be against you on that as far as how succesfull each type of commercial is, but neither of us really have the info.
