Online job applications are very efficient and quicker for companies to receive qualified applicants so they can weed out the unqualified people faster. And, it’s also a way to avoid wasting time, gas, and money going from company to company applying in person when if you fill out the online application well and fully, the human resource personnel can actually decide if they want to follow up on your application with a personal interview.
Just make sure that you are dealing with a company that includes all the bells and whistles when it comes to safeguarding your personal information.
