Girl problem…

So my girl broke up with mel on friday, due to her not putting in effort or caring much…and i had just given up after talking for so long.. she just says shes not mentally ready for a relationship etc etc etc…..so we hadn’t talked for 5 days….until she texted me last night at 2, just saying “hey, r u up?”

I haven’t responded yet….dont know what to say….

She didn’t ruin my sleep time…I just never responded. I don’t know what to say to her or how to even respond…
