confused and concerned, i have been exercising for the last month and a half and have a regular routine down.
from saturday until yesterday i took some time off cause my body was sore. today i go and do my regular exercise and i am experiencing sharp pains in the left part of my chest, why? if my body is use to my workout, why this now? i hope i dont have to stop because that is all i have. i need to get back in shape or ill just fade away into some fat obese slob on the edge of suicide.
