my sis and her bf broke up, how to deal with him leaving.
her and the bf are renting out my basement which makes it kind of odd and hard to deal with. i never knew ’till now that he has anger issues, drinking problems and he’s verbally abusive. they broke up for good. my issue: he paid the rent this month(’till the 5th of next month per contract). during their argument he proceeded to destroy(rip up) the contract who was between him/my sis and my fiance who own the house. he claims he will have someplace to go by the end of the month and since he paid the rent he can rightly stay ’till then. i want him out asap. i say get out now, i’ll give you $400(makes sense, it’s only the 16..the total for the month was $800) and where he goes(or lack there of) is not my problem. however, my sis is ok with letting him stay ’till the end of the month. my fiance does not want to get in the middle as long as he gets the $ that’s owed to him.
