I hate the night before school starts..
I can never sleep… My sleep schedule is so messed up from summer.. Go to bed at 3 or 4 am wake up at 12 or 1 PM.
I am always so stressed out about everything..
Will there be anyone in my classes that I like?
Will I like my teachers?
will my classes be hard?
Will I have anyone to sit with at lunch?
What should I wear?
I hope I don’t oversleep.
I am already a shy, anxious, stress over everything kind of a person. Does anyone have any ideas on helping me go to sleep and not be so stressed out?
Since writing this post Anonymous may have helped people, but has not within the last 4 days.
