the roof of my mouth is really itchy and stings, it is quite swollen as well.

It’s driving me insane and I’m scratching at it with my tongue!

I don’t have any allergies to my knowledge, but I have taken antihistamines just in case. Any suggestions on how to soothe it because it’s very sore and itchy.

Drinking tons of water helps most things, but I’d recommend seeing a doctor :)

Something that may help is to make a tea using ginger. (personally i don’t like the taste but…) Ginger can help to reduce inflamation.
