ok so I have this friend.

She lives a couple a states away from me. Her dad is a real douche. He’s always overdosing on his prescribed pills and he’s driving her insane. i hate to see her like this. she’s talked to his doctor about it but he won’t do a thing. What should she do? What can I do to help?

If he is truly overdosing he is probably clinically depressed… you could have him committed to a mental hospital?

You do what you can do. Unforunately, when an adult chooses to misbehave, your options are limited.

She COULD go to court to have herself appointed as his conservator; then she could have him committed!
