I’m not sure if this is the case but…

If you go into the control panel, to add/remove programs, I believe that the tool bar will be listed there.

During installation of Babylon 7, a Babylon Search Toolbar is added to Internet Explorer. This toolbar gives you access to the Babylon Search function, which displays Google syndicated results and definitions from Babylon dictionaries.
To hide the toolbar: Place your mouse cursor on any blank area on any browser toolbar. Right-click to open the toolbar menu and click Babylon. To restore the display of the toolbar, simply repeat this procedure.
To uninstall the toolbar: Use the Add or Remove Programs function in the Control Panel, and select Babylon Toolbar to remove.
