Long Distance Relationship.

So I leave for college this week. I am going to be a junior transfer student from my local community college. My girlfriend is still going to be attending community college for atleast one more semester. Were going to be 2 hours apart. Is this doable? We have been together for more than a year and a half and still going pretty well. I am scared to lose her and I really want things to work out. 2 hours isn’t that bad I know. I plan on trying to come back every weekend to see her and work as well. Thanks in advance for your advice and replies. Feel free to leave stories and experiences as well they will only help. I am definitely sticking with her and see where things go

If you want to keep her, do everything you possibly can. If anything, it should make you guys stronger because you both will realize even more how much you truly love and need each other.

I think it can absolutely work out. All that the two of you need to do to make this work is commit to each other. My sister’s boyfriend joined the army a while ago, their relationship is long distance and as strong as ever. It can be painful to be apart from your loved one, but if you really love each other, there really isn’t a question of any random factors caused by being apart messing with that fact.
