You’ll have to hit the “forgot password” link on facebook and have a link sent to your email address. From there you’ll be able to reset it.

Usually you will have to answer your secret questions in order to change the password for your email address. If you’re being told that you will get a reset code then it has probably been sent to your back up email address.
