how do i heat up the air temperature inside an aquarium tank for my ball python?

i currently have an under the tank heater and a heat lamp, but it is still not warm enough. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

Also, move the tank away from any windows and doors that may be letting the cold in.

thats the same thing that is happening to me but i have heard some people who have 2 heat lamps and some who have 4
