That doesn’t work either. At least not for moi. I get asked to re-enter my login credentials and when accepted it defaults to my settings page, not the linked page of the post whatsoever. I still have to hunt for it.

it worked for me two times but not now… but i guess ralph should try is one at least once ..may be it works for him too.

did you try get the recovery link by hitting password blank only with email filled in login page ?

the same thing happened to me. for a year and a half my original account was blocked off, yet still somehow linked to the new account i made because i named it the same thing with the same email, and then all of a sudden this year, as if by magic, my new account was transformed into my old account and all was right with the world once again. i hope it doesn’t take that long for you ralph.

Of course, I added you!

Now I have two “Doctor Ralphs” on my friends list :)

I have also tried different approaches, but not a single one of those promised e-mails has arrived.
It seems like they simply haven’t got my email address, or have it linked to any account. I don’t know.
But I have not blocked anything, anywhere, so at least in my case that is not the reason.
My account is dear to me, and I would like to have it back.

hard timegetting my old account back (but I don’t
remember if I did - so many of my old frinds still

Just to let you know, Ralph has been really unlucky with the account problems, apparently having to make a new account everyday… I dont know if he can access this one.

I can get you back in doc ralph. I was locked out 4 times, and I got several other users back in.. All you have to do is ask, and Ill walk you through..

I didn’t get back in the usual way - I had to get a back-door link sent to my E-Mail. I don’t know if this was because I was away for so long or if there are problems going on here at the Help Site (still!)?

No, the new security features locked a lot of us out when we shut down our computer or deleted cookies.. It seems to be stabilizing now Big Al. What the hell, youve been away..Welcome back you too

I did it with the express purpose of trying to get locked out to help the mods, I couldnt. I logged out, shut down, deleted cookies, everything. Still was able to login normally.

Yea, theres no absolutes, getting locked out… But you can get back in if you do, despite the mods telling you , you cant.. I dont think there computer savvy.

Really only the admins can fix all this stuff,and apparently they come online rarely at best…
