so i finally got up off my lazy butt and contacted a mental health office to get myself some treatment.
problem is i may have to wait up to 4 months before i can be seen. in the meantime, over the last couple of weeks i have been angry, depressed, scared to be around people and highly addicted to my alcohol and marijuana. it is so **** hard for me to try and cope while not having any kind of support system. i just feel i am going backwards again after i was doing better here for a little while.
