I need to move and bring my kids with me.

My ex husband doesn’t pay child support and I just lost my job. What can I do?

Well… I’d get a new job for starters. Otherwise someone might take your kids away from you. As for moving, just make sure your ex knows if he has any custody rights.

The support is court ordered, but he isn’t paying. I have already tried to get help
From the state an they say they can’t do anything. Attorneys are fighting for my job back
Cause I was unfairly fired. I have full custody already as well, anything else?

what state do you live in? you contacted the Office of Child Support Enforcement?
can you get temporary help from family? if you can’t make ends meet, try contacting a local church. do you own the house or a car?
