am seeing this guy who is 12 yrs younger than I .

I am 31 and he is 19. We have a great relationship, the only issue is our age. it kinda gets in the way. He doesn’t want to express his feelings and I don’t want to express mine, even though we both have. What should I do about it. We really are crazy about one another and he even says that if we were closer in age he would want to marry me. The age factor just seems to make us both hold back our feelings and it is getting in the way. I don’t want to lose him though.

age should not matter if you two care about each other~sure there will be diffence in opinions brought on by the age difference but if what you feel for each other is real then you’ll find a way to deal with whatever obstacles you are faced with~my grandparents on my dads side have a 15 year age gap and they have been happily married for 56 years.
