omg that’s exactly what i am! that’s a perfect weight and totally healthy and slim but they’re looking most likely looking for anorexic sticks. but i bet ur v. pretty and that’s a big factor.

no offense, but for abercrombie, yeah. im 5 foot 8 and 120 pounds, and my size is perfect for my height. maybe drop to like 110.

it depends if you work out it wont matter but if its fat and not muscle it is im trying to be one too and i have been gettin my abs ready

I actually just applied there myself. I’m 5′8″ and 115 pounds. But honestly, you are not even close to be fat. Weight isn’t going to get you. It’s the height that’s a big knock out. For some reason, abercrombie and Abercrombie and Fitch like tall people, along with any other modeling place. I don’t think you need an agent to model for them. That’s ridiculous. BE HAPPY! That’s another key. But think about the consequences of doing it. You need to actually think about it.

By the way, abercrombie kids will want people about ages 13-16. Just to let you guys know.

OK you really cant have to much fat on you. and if you are short and have a few extra pounds than things might not work. You should see some of the people who go out for this job. And no, you do not have to be 18. And who ever said she was 14 and some one asked her. its not true. Allot of you guys are liars, and (you can still be 14 to model for them) who ever said that you are retarded. The ages range from 8 to i think 16 or 17 years old. And they are not looking for stick people, they are looking for young helathy kids. But good luck and try to drop a few. remember your compotition :)

Hi, im Alexa, and i am also trying to get into the modeling buisness again. I actually used to be a model when i was 6-7 yrs. old for tommy hilfiger in NYC. And won a beauty pagent at only the age of 2 years old. But as i got older i thought being a fit model got kinda boring for a 7 year old. I much rather be outside playing with my friends then be traveling back an dforth to and from the city almost everyday [(the only thing i liked was missing school!!)]. Its was to much work for a seven year old to do. So i thought now that im older i would liek to try it again. And why not at my favorite store. Now i know that it gets hard in this buisness but i will try my hardest to get it. I will be 13 in november, im about 5′3 and weight about 100 lbs., i have green eyes, and light brown/durty blonde hair, with blonde high lights. I am also very athletic, and healthy. Im usually very active. For example i do ALOT of dancing. I do 6 dance classes 4 days a week during the school year, and softball during the spring. And this yea in middle school i am trying out for the soccer team, and volley ball team. So i hope i am what there looking for!!!

P.S.- [( and you are soooooo not to fat at all. just remember that your very tall and tall people usually weigh more…. i guess i am pretty tall and always think im fat too. but just remember that its also all about your atitude, and your persinality :] good luck !!!)]

No your perfect weight but the minimum height is 5′6 im the same weight and height as you and im weighting. My sister was 17 when she got excepted to be an abercrombie kids model and was 5′7 and half and 125(she worked out like all summer)

it depends if you height is good for your weight; you sound ok but don’t be so desperate you get scary skinny.

Im 5″6 and a half and I weight 105 pounds. My size is 14-16 in kids and 0 in Fitch. My hollister size is mainly a S but it ca be xs or medium too. I dont know if you can be a model, i mean your body style is what really matters. if you can fit into a 00-0, maybe even a 1, the fitch store will probably hire you when you are 18.

obviously you’d get mixed answers, but no one that is commenting knows how u really look you could be muscular, or even have heavy boned (which you cannot tell by apperance)

i think u are at the perfect averge weight dont try and do anything to loose weight when you are perfect cause you could make yourself sick both mentally and phisically.

Most models you see (adults) are not naturally THAT skinny. they are in poor health. Dont try and do anything you dont want to do. i know this is 2 years after the post, but the advice is still good. :)

seeing as how abercrombie and fitch’s headquarters is in Ohio.. no.. a&f origionated in new york.. with david abercrombie.. then later, ezra fitch.. but you may.. no.. you WILL have to travel to a casting call if for some strange reason you actually are considered to model for them.. casting calls already took place in August.. in London, England.. Chicago, Illinois and ****. Louis, Missouri.. and it says on the Abercrombie kids site.. and A&F site you have to be an employee of abercrombie kids, or abercrombie and fitch and at least 18 to model.. now.. im not sure if this is exactly true (according to what people have said) but.. if it’s on the site it only makes sense.
