is you spam gaurd turned on? Ihad the same trouble but I had to turn my spam guard off and I got the e-mail. Which internet provider do you use or email are you using?

It should arrive immediately, check your spam box and did you do the right thing? I mean just log in with your email add to start and they send you everything else.
