You can stop if you really want to. Sassing back to an elder is not nice. Perhaps you do it to get a reaction from her. But if she stopped reacting would that make you stop? I don’t think so. Talk to a school counselor. Ask him or her if they know of someone who can help you. This would be a person with the proper credentials to diagnose why it is you act this way toward your grandma.

Also, sincerely apologize to your grandma and tell her you are seeking help so you can stop this bad behavior.

what is it she does that frustrates you? Maybe you feel so comfortable with your grandmother that your subconcious sees no difference between that, or yelling at your best friend.
