life help: Well my ex girlfriend, has made false alegations that I abused - Help.com

Well my ex girlfriend, has made false alegations that

I abused her, (I cant say ecactly what because she has given several different versions)But anyway the court has taken my 4 year old daughter away, (she had been living withe me for three months before, and three days a week before that) Anyway now I have spent all the money I had on lawyers, (ex says that I can see my daughter for 8 hours two saturdays a month) And I still have to face criminal charges. All this is based on the lies of a mentaly ill woman, woman who i believe is using drugs. No evidence, no investigation, no witnesses, no proof. But no matter what I can’t win. I am so worried about my daughter I am not even allowed to talk to her on the phone.

Yes, I got a lawyer and it is still going on 3 mos. I am now “allowed” to see my daughter for 36 hours a week. So it’s not all bad. Have to go to court on the criminal charges on wen June 6. I don’t know what will happen my lawyer just says “you never know” and that court is always a gamble.
