Her arms, Legs, Etc

do you have self hatred ?
or a low self esteem ?
this can be a reason why you attack yourself.

If you know Jesus, ask HIM to help you.

The root of the cutting is spiritual.
It need to be dealt with on that level.

my daughter has done this.It hurts me so to see her do this. I love her. what would you say or do if this was your sister,mom or best friend. would you want them to shut you out. Ask for help, be willing to accept it-I’m sure that there is someone who truly loves and cares for you….if not god loves you.

It explains why people cut themselves.

Its self-hatred and bitterness against yourself.
You are actually trying to destroy yourself.

It might be that the child grew up in a place where there was verbal abuse against the child.

I stoped by going and getting help. I still need the pain so I squeeze ice REALLY hard. It hurts, but not as bad, and when I need to see red I put food coloring in the sink and my friends marks on herself with a red marker. It may sound dumb but it has worked for us. But PLEASE get help. Don’t wait!!! It may be bad at first but once you find yourself and love that person you will feel 100x better.

i know trust me. do you cut deeper cus you cant feel it like befor? to make the pain go a way? whats going on in your life? hard times will brack us at times.how long have you been cutting yourself? how do you feel when you do it?sorry im asking so much..i frist cut myslef when i was 12.im 19 now and im trying very hard to get over it. it’s my little drug.Help.Com helped me out so much.i feel safe here now,but at frst i cud not trust maybe i didn’t want to hear anyone…you want the help thats very good….xo…you will overcome this..
