Hey Im trying to install/get to work/config a linksys WMP54G Wireless-G PCI Adapeter onto my computer.

Im new to Linux but especaly Slackware. My oporateing system is Slackware 10 (i think not sure about the version). If i go into Info center or w/e its called, it tells me that it knows the card is in the PCI slot but doesn’t know what it is. If anyone could help me i would very much apriciate it. In the mean time i will follow one of the first rules of computing >>[Google is your freind]

That’s the same card I have. Only I never got it to work on linux. I think that linux has added support for wireless networking now though. If your good at searching you may find a website with your card listed and a linux driver (I don’t think Linksys will give customer support for linux users).
