I don’t know what I would do if I ever saw a ghost!! I did have a weird experience a couple of months ago though. I was laying in bed and I felt a hand on my back. I was the only in the bed and in the house for that matter. It freaked me out!!! I stayed in bed hoping it would go away and when it did I called my boyfriend but was too afriad to tell him cause he would laugh at me. He knows I am afriad of the dark and tells me I shouldn’t be.

i dont want to sound so religious but i think praying really helps. my bf’s mom told me to say “by the power of the blood of jescus christ i command u evil spirit to go away”. i felt like some 3 big black shadows were all over me in a big cloak trying to cover my face that i could not breathe.

Not all spirits are bad. In fact, most of them aren’t. They might be lil tricksters but usually they are just trying to stay grounded to the life they use to have. Unless, they don’t know they are dead. Then they are just replaying their lives (or their last moments.) If they are truely evil, then they are probably demons.
