oh wow. old tech. hehe….. anyways - format it. its probably become corrupted and will not open or install.

Download KNOPPIX linux. It runs from a CD. I have found that at the school were i work it will get 80% of files back (MS WORD & JPG Mostly). From there resave the file to a new disk
