Microsoft Word- how to ‘justify’ paragraphs.

I’m writing an essay, and I have to ‘justify’ it (I think that’s make all the lines begin and end at the same place, right?)

Anyway, i don’t know how to do it, so can anyon help tell me please?

I don’t see any article about it. Can somebody who knows just tell me, I think it’s quite easy, most people can do it, but I can’t find the right button. Just a case of knowing where to look I think…

Dont worry it is quite a simple task. The term means to even out text which is typed across the page (but not if the lines of text are typed fully across the page).

If you cut and paste the above message to “word” then:

Select edit (on your tool bar)
Select “Select all”
Click the justify icon on the format tool bar.
You will see how it works.

To find the format tool bar (if it not visable on your computer once you open word).
Go to “View” - “Tool Bars” and place and select “Formating” which will make this Toolbar visable.

Feel free to ask for help if this is a little complex for you. Good luck
