i am quite overweight i’m 1.72m and weight 93kg, i should be about 75kg. it’s an expensive program and i don’t want to throw my money down the drain

I am using it now, dont use protein bars they are a waste of $ substitute fat free snacks like cheese if you are hungry but so far I am seeing pretty good results, dont forget to excersise.

Depending on your body, it may work faster or slower. If you want it to work you’ve got to be consistent on taking it. If you are, then you will lose weight. If you’re not and you say you’re being consistent, then you’re basically lying to yourself and your wellness coach and they might not know what you need to do. Stick with a plan. Just remember that it is the quality and not the quantity.
