Wow, that is a terrible story. Unfortunately, this is something your grandma is going to have to work out for you as your guardian. What city or county are you located in? Also, how old are ou now? The rules change based on where you live and your age. I can’t do much, but I’m willing to look for information that might help you.

Have you been talking to your grandma about what’s going on? Is your grandma overwhelmed by it herself? If she is, I found some possible groups that maybe might be able to help your grandma better understand how to fight back and keep the family together.

These groups are affiliated with churches, but it doesn’t matter if you belong to the same religion or not.

Society of Saint Vincent de Paul.
If a local agency or group exists to help people in a situation like yours, the Society of SVDP can refer you.

Catholic Social Service
Not-for-profit social service agency, dealing with individuals and family relationships in stress situations.

By the way, here are two links that list all of Cincinnati’s main social services and support organizations. Print them out for your grandma. They might be of help to her.

By the way, you might feel better is you talk to somebody about your problems. Try this number for “Child Focus”. They provide counseling for children and teenagers on all issues and concerns. 513-732-5432

I wish you all the best. Your family is going to have to do some calling around to see if anyone can help you against the state. I hope these phone numbers help.
